I added a video below but it's quite simple to make with my Complete Shakes by Juice Plus...

ONE SCOOP Complete Vanilla Shake
(just add a handful of each)
One Banana slices
250ml NON-Diary Milk (I love oat milk) or Water
Premium Capsules (optional)
HOW DO YOU MAKE IT?....
It's ridiculously simple, just add all the ingredients and blend and voila...theres your breakfast or lunch.
If you like a more runnier texture add more milk or water...remember you can add your premium supplements to your shakes too!
